Project Overview - Office to Residential Conversion

We were approached by a local property investing company to help to develop some properties in the Maidenhead area. Upon instruction we started looking at various locations and completed feasibility studies and cost plans for a few sites before 35 St Luke’s was chosen.

We managed the pre auction purchase of the property, planning permissions and building regulation drawings through to full project managing the build.

The build took 5 months and completed to budget.

Half of the units have now sold with multiple viewings on the remaining so the developer is very happy with the end result.
