We are an architectural design based in Maidenhead. Established in 2013 and set up by Wouter De Jager, we mainly serve a 10 mile radius around the Maidenhead area, including areas such as Cookham, Cookham Dean, Pinkneys green, Burchetts Green, Reading and Wokingham. We are however happy to travel, so please do get in touch if you are further afield.

From planning applications to building control, Wouter's years of experience in planning advice and party wall matters has created a unique strength in interpreting people's requirements for their home or business - and advising on how planning policies can affect and shape these requirements. At Maidenhead Planning we listen to the client's needs and aspirations, providing a common sense and practical guidance from initial concept, through planning, through technical design and also though any post planning procedures that needs to be followed.

We are a chartered member of the CIOB, a member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS) and at the time of writing, Wouter is undertaking his assessment for membership to chartered status with RICS.

We take pleasure in providing a personal, cost-effective architectural design service to our clients. If you have any questions, please do get in touch and we'll be more than happy to answer.
