Project Overview
End of terrace cottage in the heart of Maidenhead.
In this project, it was all about contrast. Sharp line render against London Stock brickwork. Natural cladding against sharp white render to the rear.
The client brief was to design a more open plan living area with increased space for the bedrooms above. A two-storey side extension was designed to provide much-needed space to the ground floor. An ensuite and wardrobe were added to the master bedroom and the existing loft conversion benefitted with an increased footprint.
Living areas were separated using lighting, differing floor finishes and the placement of furniture.
Project completed late 2019.
