Pop Store in Berlin, Germany

Project Details

This project was more of a PM project for us as it was for an existing client that we have been working with for a couple of years in partnership with popstore (www.popstore.com) (the Designers)

They design the stores and we deliver them.

In this instance they were opening a store in Berlin, Germany. We have done other stores for them. Namely, refurbishment of their notting hill store and the chiltern street (flagship) store. The joinery was sourced from the UK with some layout being used in Germany and some coming from the UK. All materials and tools were shipped over for the 2 week on site install.

All installed and delivered on site and to budget.

Basically want to highlight the project management skills and experience in organising an international install with different trades and languages being overcome to bring the project to a successful conclusion.
